Terms & Conditions
Version 2026-10-05.1 · Effective October 5, 2026 · Revision 1
These terms are an agreement between you and gov-network llc (“Gov Network”) for the Gov Network application and related services. Please read them before checking the agreement box when joining.
1. Your account and authority
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business whose information you provide. Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate account information and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Business owners control access for their companies. Do not share credentials, impersonate others or use the service unlawfully.
2. What the service provides
Gov Network provides relevant public opportunity leads, email preferences and downloadable blank working templates with available original agency documents. Lead volume is not guaranteed. Category and location matches do not prove actual scope fit or bidder eligibility. We do not submit bids, represent the government, determine your eligibility or guarantee a contract award, compliance, accuracy or business result. You are responsible for checking the current official solicitation, amendments, deadlines, qualifications, pricing and submission requirements.
3. AI responses, examples and actions
AI assistance can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading content, including confident-looking errors. It is not legal, tax, accounting or procurement advice. Do not rely on a response or suggested action without checking it against your own records and current official sources. A citation or completed field does not independently verify a claim.
AI may select or organize source passages for review. You remain responsible for checking their context and completing templates locally using your verified information. A generated checklist is not a certification that every required section or form has been identified. AI does not approve bids, certify qualifications, authorize payments or submit applications for you.
Examples and placeholders are for preparation and learning. They are not statements of your actual experience, staffing, insurance, registrations or capabilities. Replace them with confirmed information or remove inapplicable content before external use. A downloadable working package may be incomplete even when it uses a standard structure. Original attachments are included unmodified when publicly available, retained and supported by our safety checks. Missing or restricted items and unresolved amendment status are disclosed; obtain current mandated forms and instructions from the agency.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gov Network is not liable for losses resulting from your reliance on AI-generated responses, examples or suggested actions. This provision does not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded; see section 7.
4. Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give Gov Network permission to store, process and use that content as needed to provide the service and carry out your authorized requests, including AI processing. Do not upload completed templates, private bid documents or sensitive company records. The current lead product does not request these materials. AI output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection. You are responsible for lawful use of your content and resulting packages.
Do not upload CUI, classified or export-controlled information, government account credentials or payment-card data. Do not use the service to misrepresent qualifications, fabricate past performance, infringe rights, access another company’s data, send unlawful messages or disrupt systems. The lead product uses your business display name, service categories, states and email preferences, alongside public solicitation material.
Our Privacy Notice describes handling of account and business information. Lead preferences are available to authorized members of that company. Historical company and bid records remain subject to the existing retention controls; the new product does not silently delete them.
5. Plans, payment and cancellation
Current plan allowances, prices and optional add-ons are shown on the pricing page and in your billing workflow before purchase. After verified signup or acceptance of a first-owner invitation, your trial lasts 30 days and does not require a card. Each paid base-plan or add-on period currently requires a separately approved invoice; there is no automatic card charge. Monthly add-ons remain monthly if your base plan is annual. When your trial or paid period ends, opportunity data, downloads and lead emails stop until paid access is active. Your account and saved records are preserved, and billing remains available.
You can cancel in Subscription & Billing at any time, without a support request or cancellation fee. Access continues through the end of the period already paid. Paid months are non-refundable; annual cancellation preserves access through the paid year without an automatic refund. These policies are subject to mandatory refund and cancellation rights under applicable law. Contact us about duplicate payments or billing errors. New prices apply only after they are disclosed in the applicable purchase or renewal workflow.
6. Availability and ending access
We may maintain, update or change the service and may suspend access reasonably needed to address abuse, security issues or a breach of these terms. Availability is not guaranteed. Keep copies of important work. You may stop using the service at any time. After canceling subscription renewal in Subscription & Billing, a business owner may explicitly suspend that business account. Suspension immediately blocks workspace access for all members of that business, even if paid time remains. It preserves business records and personal identity, and does not suspend access to other businesses. Suspension does not automatically delete or purge records. Contact support to request restoration or exercise applicable privacy rights, including requests for access, correction or deletion; suspension does not waive those rights. Deletion is subject to required retention of legal, billing and security records.
7. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and AI output are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, complete source coverage, successful registration, submission acceptance or contract award.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gov Network excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, missed opportunities or lost business arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your non-waivable statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Changes and contact
We will publish revised terms with a new version and effective date and provide notice of material changes through the service or your account email. Where required, we will request fresh agreement. Your signup acceptance record identifies the version you accepted; it does not imply acceptance of later changes.
