Need a second company? The Owner plan includes three for $29.99/month total and is better value than adding a company to Entrepreneur. You can change plans during your trial or after your paid period ends.
Each additional company receives your plan’s included team allowance. Member add-ons are assigned to one company. Add-ons stay monthly even with annual base billing, and you can cancel each one separately.
Stay because it helps
Open Plan and billing in your workspace and select Cancel subscription. No phone call, support ticket or cancellation fee.
Your already paid access continues to its end date. Paid months, including monthly add-ons, are non-refundable. Annual plans keep access through the paid year. Cancellation stops future renewal requests and does not issue a refund.
Request an invoice for your selected plan in the app. Each invoice is reviewed separately and paid securely on Stripe. There is no automatic card charge.
Your primary business-owner access is separate from invited members and managers. Additional owners use member places. Removing access or a pending invitation frees that place for someone else.
Yes. Select Cancel add-on in Plan and billing. Its already paid capacity remains available to the end of that add-on’s monthly period. Canceling the whole subscription also stops all add-on renewals.
